No Complaints at all. Dr. Okura and her staff are amazing. I was referred here by my best friend and I am super pleased. Dr. Okura is patient and really cares about fixing your vision. Yes there are multiple follow ups for contacts but that's because she wants to give the most accurate prescription. I will continue to come here and I have referred my husband and coworkers to come here as well.

Both my husband and I have been going to Dr. Okura for years. Dr Okura is a superior optometrist with a heart of gold. We run a non-profit in town and she genuinely cares about our passion for the community, and we consider her more of a friend than our favoritw medical professuonal. Make an appointment with Dr. O, you won't regret it!

Dr. Okura is the best! Her professionalism, knowledge and the time she spends with her patients...STELLAR! I have seen so many opticians before but she tops them all. And her staff, excellent! Will definitely recommend her. Deserves more than five stars. My family loves her.

Been going to this optometry for close to ten years. I love the staff and doctors and the selection of both glasses and sunglasses are not that bad. They have designer frames like Michael Kors, Valentino and more. But, it's sad that they don't carry the Coach line anymore. Goes the same for contacts lots of selections. But, depending on your eye insurance either you'll get a good coverage or not.

Thanks for great service that other place bayside family optometry was a joke for service the people who worked there were lethargic and the service was so sad anyways the service here was great and upbeat thank you

My new favorite optometrist, Dr. Okura is very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. She never gives you the feeling that she's rushing you through an exam to get to the next patient, and her staff is also very friendly and efficient, taking your frame measurements and money while making you feel relaxed and at home. Highly recommended.

i got my annual contact lens exam and eye health check with dr. brian kitajima again. he was really friendly and thorough! he checked to make sure my hard contact lenses were fitting properly and did a really thorough health exam on my eyes. i felt really relieved after I saw him as vision is such a big part of life and my risk for retinal tear is higher due to high prescription. he even did a special test on my eye called "indentation" to make sure i have no tear or holes inside my eyes. i loved it! he is a really great doctor!!!

I took my son here last Saturday for the first time and I was very satisfied with the level of expertise and/or customer service I received from this office. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive. My son was actually seen by the other Ophthalmologist and not Dr. Okura (forgot his name); however, he was very knowledgeable and PATIENT. Based on my past experiences with other Optometry offices in Vallejo, I definitely would recommend this Optometry office to others. Dr.??? will definitely be my son's primary Ophthalmologist. ( Once I find out his name I will update this comment ;D)
